First, you’ll need to submit a Participation Request which our team will review within 24 hours to ensure your organization is a perfect fit, and we will email you a link to complete Step two. Step two is to submit your payment within 48 hours. At that point, we will send you everything you need to know so we can get started ASAP.
We know this is a busy holiday period and January is like 31 Mondays for leaders (haha), so we are taking the vast majority of the weight off your plate. If you choose to participate and are approved, this will only take roughly 90 minutes of your time this month (15-20 minutes to complete the Participation Request, 45 minutes for an onboarding and project management meeting, and 30 minutes to complete the general Culture Diagnostic Survey). We’ve got it all from there.
When you see the Participation Request form, you’re probably going to say, c’mon Justice Informed, all this for what? Trust us. In an age of five-question, 2 minute surveys, 15 minutes in December might seem like a lot, but by completing the survey you’re going to learn so much about how this will be valuable to your organization and how to make the best of our work together. If you can give us 15-20 minutes, we can save you hours later.
Due to the intensive nature of how we are delivering this service--using a completely hands-on approach that is normally how we engage our $20,000 Pulse Check service but for only $2500--we can only accept the first 10 approved participation requests. Please complete your requests as soon as possible to ensure you can be part of the ten we are able to serve.
Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received. Once you complete this form, it is sent to us with a timestamp. Once we have 10 approved participation requests, we will close the intake form and send out notices to all those on our contact list that the intake opportunity has closed. This purchase opportunity is open for only one week (Monday-Friday), however, given we are accepting and approving on a rolling basis with a limited number of slots, if ten nonprofits complete their Participation Requests on the first day of the sale, the window will close on the first day. If it is the second, or third day, then it will close that day. Whenever we reach the 10th approved request, we will close the portal.
Once you complete this survey, our team will review your request and follow up with you within 24 hours with a response. Upon your Participation Request being approved, to hold your spot, a link will be sent to you with payment information. You will have 48 hours to complete payment (either through ACH (e-check) or EFT (organization credit/debit card). Once we have received payment, this will officially secure your place in the list of ten, and we will be in contact with you. Should payment not be made within 48 hours, the slot will be released and provided to the next person on the waitlist.
We expect that more organizations will apply than we can work with (again, due to our staffing levels and the intensive nature of our hands-on approach with this offer). Once we complete this cycle of Culture Diagnostics, we will be offering this up to the broader market. All nonprofits' Participation Request forms received and approved beyond the first 10 will be provided an opportunity to purchase the Culture Diagnostic when it goes to market in early Q2 (April/May 2025) at a standard rate of $7500.
Please contact Xavier Ramey, xavier@justiceinformed.com, with any questions regarding this form or the Culture Diagnostic.
Participation is voluntary, invite-only, and provided at a fraction of the cost of what others will need to provide when we go to market.
