Our vision for the future of DEI

DEI is for everyone. Regardless of your background, race, gender, experience, or other ways of being, DEI is for you. It is the foundation of a society built on the promise of equality, while committing to equity as the work to get us there. Many people and workplaces strive to be equal for all persons—focusing on qualified talent, innovative new services or products, and inclusive people management strategies to stay on the forefront of their industries. Yet, equality is an idea; it’s an outcome. Equity and Inclusion are the work to make that real. As such, we work with clients who understand that we must build strategies and practices that embody equality with data-driven models, inclusive tools that bring all persons together, and advance a team at the pace and readiness of the people who are on it.

At Justice Informed, we equip organizations with the tools, learning, and strategies that they need to create equitable practices and outcomes for their stakeholders and the communities their actions affect. We believe that through educational opportunities, strategies, and cultural assessments, we can creation organizations that create a more equitable world. We do this by providing historically-relevant, data-informed, business and humanistic solutions for both corporate and nonprofit clients. We know that as teams and society increases in diversity, so do the tensions and complexities of how we work together. We must face this as an opportunity and a challenge: the future of sustainable organizations and societies rests upon our collective success.

Combining best and new practices in organizational design, change management, psychosocial learning, and social justice, Justice Informed works with its clients to re-design organizational systems and companies, coach leaders and staff, and facilitate individual and institutional transformation toward equity and justice.

We work with organizations at all stages of maturity and investment to deliver cutting edge, data-driven assessments and diagnostics, learning and development opportunities, support for the implementation of various DEI goals, and provide ongoing support for DEI teams and leaders.
